ur cat has a broke meter. every second ur wallet holds less than 2 GME worth of $CATGOTCHI, the meter fills. every second above it drains, but 4x slower. if the meter hits 6 hours, cat dies.

so a quick dip won't kill ur cat. selling will.

the game values ur bags at whichever is higher: the live price or the ~6-hour average. one-transaction dumps do nothing. a real crash still counts, but the meter + average give u hours, not seconds.

>do cats earn anything
living cats split the SOL the dev drops into the cat vault from creator fees. every drop is on-chain. higher level = bigger slice. level goes up every 4 meals. claim whenever. if ur cat dies, whatever it already earned stays claimable forever (minus 5% to whoever buried it).

>who kills the cats
nobody "kills" them, math does. but a dead cat only gets buried when someone sends the check transaction. anyone can. there's a bot that does it, and the burier gets 5% of the dead cat's unclaimed earnings as a tip.

>can i revive my cat
no. dead is dead. but ur wallet can adopt a new cat (level 1, new random face) as long as u hold 2 GME worth again.

>which wallet counts
the tokens have to sit in ur normal token account for $CATGOTCHI in the same wallet that owns the cat. phantom/solflare/backpack all do this by default.

>can the devs rug the cat money
the vault has no withdraw button for us. only cat owners can claim, only their own share. the game rules are fixed at launch. the only admin powers are: add more cat pictures, change the metadata link. everything is on-chain, go check.
